Acceptance of Terms. By using https://loadandgojunkremovalwi.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Load and Go Junk Removal markets and arranges Property Cleanout, Residential Junk Removal, Commercial Junk Removal, Light Demolition, Construction Debris Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://loadandgojunkremovalwi.com is the property of Load and Go Junk Removal or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Load and Go Junk Removal reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://loadandgojunkremovalwi.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Load and Go Junk Removal makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Load and Go Junk Removal's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Load and Go Junk Removal from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. WI law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of WI, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
